I'll try out a sample block this week. I don't have a pattern, so I'll try and figure it our from the picture.

So happy we are nine now. A good 3 x 3 setting with borders makes a terrific holiday throw for the couch. Thanks Lyn for putting your hand in the air.

Lori, I'll be joining you this next week.
Beverly, you're moving right along.
Maryz, nice little cuddle size.
I finished my bee blocks that were taking up all my working space including my cutting mat, 72 blocks. I can at least stack the finished blocks out of the way to work on other things now.

I have 1 1/2 more. Was able to get more background that matches. May do that today.

Almost Tuesday in western Ontario. Minnie dog and I went to Kenora, 50 miles north to shop today, Monday. I was a little disappointed that the quilt shop didn't have more Christmas fabric, but I found a WOW with feathers that seemed right since I'm doing a Cardinal. Found a couple Reds but no Green. The lady here at the Resort got into quilting during the Covid stuff and suggested I look at a couple places in Winnipeg since we're going there Friday and Saturday to visit friends.

Valerie, you'll be finished before I get started LOL
Lyn, sounds like you are having fun gathering fabrics. I can picture it, going to different quilt shops in the nice COOL temps, my kind of shopping and temps!
