My 4 blocks went into the mail yesterday. And I agree with everyone, this was a fun and easy block to make. And the finished quilt will be a showstopper!

My January Blocks Revised:

I hope y'all don't mind but I decided to do some different blocks after all! Since I had a layer cake of the ones I previously posted, and matched them all up with the background squares so I could make a whole quilt of this pattern... I discovered I'm a few blocks short .

So, I made these instead!

First block done. Easy to make, but there are a lot of bias edges.

I have one done, two ready to sew and one where I have sewn my hst's wrong. Not sure if it's easier to unsew or to have myself a do over.

I sometimes do a do over. Just depends on how much there is to unsew

Oh my. I need to send a replacement block. I was just looking at everyone's blocks and my block with pink & peach buds, has a wrong pinwheel. I think I have enough of that flower fabric to redo.

I agree, it's a fun and easy, mostly, block to make. All the blocks look great.
