Re: February Lotto 2022
Tina's blocks are here. They are gorgeous.
Lab came back with elevated white count so infection some where. Don't know where. Dr. thinks I am having a bout of Colitis. Never had it before but it does run in my family. Both my son and older sister have lost parts of there intestines and my youngest sister has to be very careful what she eats. So far everything I eat causes cramps. But life goes on.
I am going to make a sample March block today to see how difficult it is.
Will let you all know

Glad they arrived, that was fast mail.
Valerie, my dad had to have over 14" or 18" I think it was of his intestines removed several years ago. You be careful and really listen to your body, he tried ignoring it and the dr told him another 24 to 48 hours and he wouldn't be with us. My little brother had the same thing when he was in his early 30's.
Take care. I hope they get it figured out.
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with for March!

Sending prayers your way Valerie. Hope it ends up being a simple fix.

Overall I am feeling better but eating is a challenge. Just have to be careful.
Lori's blocks were supposed to be here yesterday. Not here. UGH! Anxious to see them. There is also a package coming from Spring Tx, although it looks like it might be lost. Do we know who is in Spring Tx?
I have not heard anything else from Teresa so not sure of her status. Teresa are you out there? Less than 2 weeks before end of month.
I would like to post March early, thinking the 22nd. A couple sample blocks are being made and I am waiting on reports. I decided I needed to make sure it was a doable block. So if my testers have any results? Please do not post the block though. Would like to have a list of those who are willing to test a block before I post it would be great. Some just need a second opinion I think.

The only person I know in Texas is Lyn.
I am going to try a sample March block today. The one I made yesterday came up a little short but I failed to move my needle over enough
I think that its a doable block. My trick for placement of the pieces was to take a picture and iron as I went along. I do like it

Chriss, you know CindyG, Sue and Lynn/garden quilter. I think there's Ann, too, who we used to meet at the Houston Quilt Show.
